Lindsay concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning and charitable planned giving. She counsels clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable giving, asset protection, charitable giving, business succession, business formation, organization and advising and taxes.

Lindsay is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national provider of estate planning education and document drafting systems. She is a board member, former Membership Chair and current President of the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis, the local chapter of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, which provides education and networking opportunities to professionals, advisors and non-profit organizations. She is also an associate member of e.Planners Educational Alliance, a non-profit educational organization founded by prominent estate, trust, tax and business attorneys from around the United States.

Lindsay has presented nationally to professional audiences for the Teton Institute, as well as locally for professional audiences in The Complete Trust Course, various National Business Institute seminars related to trusts and estates and the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis. Lindsay also frequently conducts seminars on asset protection planning, retirement planning, estate planning, Medicaid eligibility, and estate and trust administration.
